1. The fee for participation in the Congress covers participation in panel discussions, promotional meetings, facility visits and social events (banquet, mining and metallurgical feast), Congress materials and transport from your hotel to the venue site.
2. Participation in the ICOM&MC 2025 is contingent on the payment by bank transfer to the account of the organizer.
3. The cost of participation in the mining and metallurgical feast or formal banquet for guests who are not participants in the Congress is 300 PLN /person.
4.The Congress/Admission Fee does not include quartering costs.
5.TERMS OF CANCELLATION of the Congress/Admission Fee:
Cancellation by 30 May 2025 – refund of admission fee minus bank costs.
